PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
- Production time is 2-5 business days and will be sent out via post (standard delivery is 3-5 working days). We use Australia Post as our preferred courier service.
- Please order ahead of your event with ample timing, at least 3 weeks before the date. If you require a rush order, please add on the "Rush Order" listing to your cart.
- Due to the nature of our custom-made products, returns/exchanges are not available.

Unfortunately whilst what I was provided was lovely as Grace didn't provide my full order I was unable to use any of them for special gifts I had planned for my daughter and her friends graduation. I was so upset as only found the error with the not provided name tag the night before I needed to use them. Grace promised to create another one and send it and also refund my order. She provided me Etsy credit which I was left to resolve myself with Etsy when I said I wanted a refund to original payment method and 2 weeks later has provided no tag and cut off all contact with me. She even "cancelled" my order so it didn't appear in my purchases and I couldn't leave a review of her poor customer service. Etsy have helped to reinstate the purchase to my purchase history so I could leave this review and are investigating her for this.
