PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
- Production time is 5-7 business days and will be sent out via post (standard delivery is 3-5 working days). We use Australia Post as our preferred courier service.
- Please order ahead of your event with ample timing, at least 3 weeks before the date. If you require a rush order, please add on the "Rush Order" listing to your cart.
- Due to the nature of our custom-made products, returns/exchanges are not available.
