PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
• Production time is 2-5 business days and will be sent out via post (standard delivery is 3-5 working days). We use Australia Post as our preferred courier service.
• Order ahead of your event with ample timing. If you require a rush order, please add on the "Rush Order" listing to your cart.
• Due to the nature of our custom-made products, returns/exchanges are not available.
